Cleaning + Care
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the hydrogel pad.
2. Remove the hydrogel pad from its individual wrapper and peel off the liner.
3. Gently place the gel side of the pad directly on your nipple, ensuring your nipple is well covered.
4. Before breastfeeding, remove the pad and place it on a clean, dry surface.
5. Wash your nipple with warm water and gently pat it dry, then begin breastfeeding.
Pad may be reapplied after breastfeeding if within 24 hours of opening.
